Chef Opportunities
We are currently looking for a full-time chef to join our kitchen team. Applicants should have at least one year's experience in a professional kitchen, along with basic knife skills and a good understanding of food hygiene standards. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and following all EHO regulations while working alongside our kitchen management team to consistently deliver outstanding dishes. Flexibility is essential, as evening, weekend and holiday shifts form part of the role. A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is preferred, although refresher training can be provided where required.

Waiting Staff Opportunities
We are also recruiting both full-time and part-time waiting staff. Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment is essential, and we are looking for friendly, energetic individuals who thrive under pressure and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be available to work a mixture of day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. The ability to think quickly, solve problems and maintain high standards of service within a busy venue is key to succeeding in this role.
